Qualifications

• Leadership of a small IT team across infrastructure, applications, security, data and operations.
• Set priorities and coordinate activities to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Ensure reliability, performance and scalability of business-critical platforms and integrations.
• Define and govern IT architecture, technology standards and engineering best practices.
• Drive delivery of technology projects, system enhancements, releases and operational improvements.
• Strengthen DevSecOps, security, monitoring and operational resilience practices.
• Oversee incident, change and release management processes.
• Manage external technology partners and vendors to ensure service quality and continuity.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide visibility on priorities, risks and progress.
