Editx, a Belgian technology group, seeks an experienced Tech Lead in Antwerp to shape and guide a multi-disciplinary IT team. You will drive architecture, standards, and delivery of critical platforms and integrations, while strengthening DevSecOps and system resilience.

• Strong governance of IT architecture and engineering best practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and guidance to a small team of IT professionals across infrastructure, applications, security, data, and operations.
• Set priorities, coordinate activities, and align IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of business-critical platforms and integrations.
• Define and govern IT architecture, technology standards, and engineering best practices.
• Drive the delivery of technology projects, system enhancements, releases, and operational improvements.
• Strengthen DevSecOps, security, monitoring, and operational resilience practices.
• Oversee incident, change, and release management processes.
• Manage external technology partners and vendors, ensuring service quality and operational continuity.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear visibility on priorities, risks, and progress.
