You should have 10+ years leading technical initiatives, deep knowledge of frontend and backend stacks, and hands-on programming experience to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related technical field.
• 10+ years leading technical teams and testing initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of frontend (HTML/CSS) and modern JS frameworks.
• Proficient in Java and enterprise frameworks (Spring, JEE).
• Experience with test management tools and API automated testing.

• Lead design, development, and implementation of advanced technical solutions.
• Mentor development teams and promote best practices in software engineering.
