Community Consulting in Brussels is seeking a Technical / Functional Analyst SAP WM/EWM senior to join the ERP team supporting HR, Finance, Logistics and Purchasing processes.

You will analyze requests, estimate workload and costs, assess solutions, implement SAP adaptations, maintain documentation and lead testing to ensure quality and smooth deployment. The role requires expert SAP WM/EWM and ABAP skills, and fluency in French or Dutch.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Functional Analyst at expert level.
• 10+ years SAP WM experience at expert level.
• Demonstrable SAP configuration experience.
• Proven inventory management and warehousing experience.
• Knowledge of ABAP and debugging.
• Fluency in French or Dutch.

Context

The Digital Business Solutions department supports the company’s business activities by providing autonomous IT solutions adapted to evolving business needs and technologies.

Within the IT Service Management, Transition & ERP unit, the ERP team supports internal HR, Finance, Logistics and Purchasing departments in optimizing their processes and improving user experience through enhancements to existing applications and the development of new solutions.

The ERP team consists of approximately 15 professionals, including project managers, functional analysts and developers. The Technical / Functional Analyst SAP WM/EWM will join this team and report directly to the ERP Team Manager.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical change requests.
• Estimate the workload and cost of proposed changes.
• Evaluate and compare different solutions and implementation approaches.
• Assess the impact of changes on existing systems.
• Ensure service continuity and maintainability of implemented solutions.
• Perform the required SAP adaptations or developments based on established specifications.

Must have

• 10 years of demonstrable experience as a Functional Analyst, at expert level.
• 10 years of proven SAP WM experience, at expert level.
• Demonstrable experience with SAP configuration.
• Proven experience in inventory management and warehousing.
• Knowledge of ABAP and debugging.
• Fluency in at least one of the two national languages: French or Dutch.
