NEP Group is seeking a Technical Coordinator for the International Press Centre in Brussels. This role involves being the technical point of contact for clients, coordinating AV technicians, and ensuring high-quality delivery for various events.
Ideal candidates should have strong audiovisual technology knowledge, experience in technical coordination, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English. A fixed daytime role with a competitive salary and benefits package is offered.
NEP Belgium NV is the Belgian division of the international NEP Group. With operations worldwide, NEP provides technical services for television productions, live events, and audiovisual facilities.
NeP Belgium manages and operates the entire audiovisual infrastructure of the International Press Centre (IPC) – Résidence Palace in Brussels, under a long‑term contract. We are responsible for daily technical operations, maintenance of installations, and support of all events taking place there.

The International Press Centre at the Résidence Palace is one of Europe’s leading press centres. The IPC is an active event venue hosting daily press conferences, institutional meetings, hybrid events, congresses, and corporate events for external clients renting the venue.
