Melexis is seeking a Tech Operator in Belgium to join our Technical Operations team. You will work under the Technical Lead and participate in early/late shifts, performing critical machine operations and quality checks.

Responsibilities include advanced error solving, machine rebuilds, calchecks and tuning, and supporting planning updates. You will use JIRA and eAM for task management and ensure 4-eye checks for all critical actions.

Qualifications

• Experience as an operator with hands-on technical skills.
• Interest in technology and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Good administrative and PC skills for documentation and data entry.
• Secure, clean and qualitative work mindset.

Your future job

The Tech Operator is reporting to the Technical Lead. He or she is working in the early/late shift.

• Advanced OP error solving
• Machine rebuilds
• Calchecks/ tuning
• Support TN with heavy tasks + support TN with updating planning file + update planning file with own actions
• Use of JIRA/ eAM
• 4 eye check in case TN did some actions
• Temp calibrations
• Low performance checks on a handler
• HW changes with specific bin codes
• Support cleaning machines
