Kingfisher IT zoekt een ervaren Tech Lead .NET Angular voor freelance opdracht in een enterprise-omgeving waar kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Je blijft zeer hands-on en leidt zowel backend als frontend ontwikkeling.

Je coacht collega’s, bewaakt levertijden en risico’s, en draagt bij aan moderne software-architectuur. Start ASAP met lange termijn engagement, mogelijk verlenging en 2 dagen thuiswerk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in IT (of gelijkwaardig door ruime ervaring).
• Senior professionele ervaring in .NET & Angular.
• 15 jaar IT-ervaring.

Responsabilités

• Leidt full stack ontwikkeling met .NET en Angular; draait mee aan bedrijfsbewuste applicaties.
• Begeleidt en coacht ontwikkelaars; bevordert kennisdeling en hoge codekwaliteit.
• Werkt in Agile/Scrum; bewaakt levertijden, scope en technische risico's.

Tech Lead .NET Angular - Freelance

As Lead Full Stack Developer, you take a key role in the further development and evolution of a suite of business-critical applications used in real-time operational environments.
You remain strongly hands-on in both backend and frontend development, working primarily with .NET and Angular, while also guiding technical choices, improving existing implementations and helping shape upcoming solutions. You challenge current approaches where needed and translate complex technical topics into clear and pragmatic proposals.
A major part of the role is technical leadership. You support and coach other developers, promote knowledge sharing and help maintain high standards in code quality, maintainability and software design. You work closely with analysts, architects, testers and other developers within an Agile/Scrum setup.
You also keep a close eye on delivery, scope and technical risks. When dependencies, architectural concerns or implementation issues arise, you identify them early and help the team move towards a robust and sustainable solution.

Profiel

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT (or equivalent through strong experience)
• Senior professional experience in .NET & Angular
• 15 years of experience in IT
• You're a pragmatic team player
• You work in English and understand Dutch & French
