De Watergroep is seeking a data leader in Belgium to design and drive the data strategy for the Operations department, collaborating with colleagues across functions and guiding a team of 3–4.

You will translate strategic goals into actionable plans, ensure data is secure and well governed, and stay abreast of AI and digital developments to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience with data, project work, and digital transformation.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage data initiatives.
