Cegelec Electrical Solutions NV is seeking a Team Leader (working) in electricity to drive the operational readiness of electrical installations, including wiring and placement at low- and medium-voltage levels. • Several years of experience as an electrician.
• Willing to take increasing responsibilities and lead a small team of electricians.

Responsabilités

• Actively contribute to getting installations operational through assembly, wiring, and placement of electrical installations at low and medium voltage levels.
• Maintain constructive communication with team members, including the Site Manager (N+1).
• Draft improvement proposals to optimise processes and results.
• Take on administrative tasks with the team lead to ensure a cohesive and efficient team.
• Projects primarily in East Flanders, Antwerp, or Brussels, with potential assignments elsewhere in Flanders.
