Mondelez International is seeking a line lead to supervise and coach operators, ensuring safety, quality and on-time production. You will drive autonomous and progressive maintenance, manage shutdowns, and lead root-cause analyses to reduce losses.

You will mentor a team, coordinate with maintenance and quality, and support Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve equipment reliability and output on the production lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required; leadership experience preferred.
• Hands-on with maintenance and production systems; proactive problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate a team of operators on the line.
• Ensure safety, quality and production targets are met.
• Manage maintenance plans, shutdowns and loss reduction initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members in AM/PM and problem-solving techniques.
• Support continuous improvement projects on the production lines.
