Mondelēz International in Belgium seeks a Senior Manufacturing Team Lead to manage line teams and sustain world-class performance. You will drive TPM/AM/PM, ensure safety, quality, cost and delivery targets, and coach operators to optimize outcomes.

You will lead autonomous and progressive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and loss reduction while collaborating with engineering and quality teams in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on, proactive leader with strong people management.
• Experience with SAP, Lean Six Sigma and TPM is a plus.

In this leadership role, you are an internal technical master at the line level who ensures the line team is performing at a level that sustains and improves business results on one or more of 6 stars model. You model priority setting, manage the plan-do-check- adjust cycle and provide coaching and training for your team.

How you will contribute

You are a key ingredient in helping us change how the world snacks. You will operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets, understanding losses in your area and taking the appropriate action to eliminate them. You will use autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development. In this role, you will ensure that safety processes are observed [e.g. safety maps, lock out tag out (LOTO) , behavior observation system (BOS) and root-cause analysis (RCA)], that quality assurance activities are performed to ensure zero harm and 100 percent good-quality products, and that resources are properly allocated and available during the shift. You will take the lead for shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination.

• Als peoplemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het motiveren en aansturen van een team van operatoren. Je zorgt ervoor dat de kennis binnen je team op peil blijft.

• Je volgt de efficiëntie en voortgang van de productie op om de geplande productievolumes te garanderen en stuurt bij indien nodig.

• Mondelez draagt kwaliteit en veiligheid hoog in het vaandel. Als teamlead heb jij daarin een voorbeeldfunctie. Jij zorgt er mee voor dat de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprogramma’s uitgerold worden in jouw team. Je bewaakt de orde en de netheid op de werkplaatsen; het arbeidsreglement en interne afspraken.

• Je initieert of neemt deel aan onderzoeken om de oorzaak van afwijkingen en storingen mee te bepalen. Zo streven we naar een efficiënt productieproces

• Je leidt het dagelijkse werkoverleg met de operatoren en rapporteert aan de line leader.

• Je ondersteunt daarnaast verbeterprojecten op de productielijnen.

Ervaring

• Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma (+ een eerste werkervaring) of een master diploma.

• Je bent communicatief en beschikt over de nodige people management skills om jouw team te motiveren en begeleiden.

• Je bent hands-on en neemt initiatief.

• Je bent vertrouwd met MS-Office, kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.

• Je bent bereid om in een ploegensysteem te werken

• Kennis van Lean Six Sigma principes zijn een pluspunt
