Manuchar, a multinational distributor, is seeking a Team Lead Trade Accountants to own the A/P processes and lead a team of six accountants. You will drive workflow optimization, coordinate with Finance, Accounting, and business teams, and ensure strong controls and collaboration across departments.

The role combines finance leadership with hands-on A/P activities, offering a hybrid work model and growth opportunities within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (or equivalent) with min. 3 years of experience leading a team in a transactional accounting environment.
• Experience driving process improvements and SOPs in a shared services or multinational context.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of VAT principles and accounting standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and support a team of six A/P accountants.
• Oversee daily A/P processing and ensure timely, accurate results.
• Organize and prioritize the workload; identify and resolve issues.
• Lead rollout of A/P workflow automation and drive continuous optimization.
• Drive standardization and process improvements and maintain SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and audit requirements.
• Act as liaison with Inside Sales, Treasury, IT and Accounting peers.
