Dark Light - data & BI consultancy in Antwerp is seeking a Team Lead Data & Analytics to drive a growing data team. You’ll stay hands-on with challenging data projects while developing people and shaping the future data environment.

You’ll lead a team of 4 data professionals, stay hands-on in data engineering and analytics, and own data pipelines, models, and quality. This role blends technology leadership with people development and strategy.

For a growing organization, I’m looking for a Team Lead Data & Analytics who thrives on technology, ownership and developing people.

You’ll be the technical lead of a team of 4 data professionals. You’ll stay hands‑on with challenging data projects while also having the freedom to develop the team and help shape the future of the data environment.

What will you do?

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 4 data professionals.

• Take ownership of data pipelines, models, and technical quality.
• Drive data projects from idea to delivery.

Who are you?

You have a strong technical background in data and are comfortable working with technologies such as:

Python · SQL · dbt · Databricks · Azure/GCP

You understand data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data modelling, and you enjoy turning complex problems into practical solutions.
