Deloitte Belgium is seeking a Real Estate Tax Manager to be the first contact for clients, guiding them through complex real estate tax matters and building long-term relationships across a global network.

You will mentor junior professionals, collaborate with tax, legal, and finance specialists, and contribute to growing the Real Estate practice with senior stakeholders and clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• University degree in business-related discipline such as law or economics or comparable foundation.
• Postgraduate qualification in tax law or real estate is a strong asset.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, comfortable working in English.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in real estate tax or a closely related field.
• Team player with strong communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset.

As a Real Estate Tax Manager, you are the first point of contact for clients before, during, and after a transaction. You build strong, long‑term relationships and guide clients confidently through complex real estate tax matters.

Your Responsibilities Include

• You assist and advise clients on national and international real estate tax structuring issues, collaborating closely with specialists in indirect tax, legal, corporate finance, and audit.
• You play an active commercial role in expanding the Deloitte Real Estate practice by identifying new opportunities and recommending tailored solutions.
• You mentor and counsel junior real estate tax professionals, contributing to the growth and expertise of the team.
• You deliver exceptional client service while fostering collaboration across service lines, teams, and international offices.
• You lead by example, influence clients and colleagues positively, and build confident relationships with increasingly senior stakeholders.

Let’s talk about you:

• You hold a university degree in a business‑related discipline such as law or economics, or you bring a comparable academic foundation. A postgraduate qualification in tax law or real estate is a strong asset
• You communicate fluently in Dutch or French, and you are comfortable working in English
• You have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in real estate tax or a closely related field
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset.

Our team in Hyderabad consists of professionals dealing with Corporate Income Tax compliance, pan-European Indirect Tax compliance, Statutory Accounting and general Project Management (including Engagement Coordination and Business Development).
