Victrix Legion is seeking an experienced Systems/IT Administrator for NATO on-premises infrastructure in Belgium. You will manage a mixed-OS environment, focusing on RHEL administration and Windows AD, with automation via scripting and Ansible.

Candidates should have 7+ years of experience, strong networking knowledge, and familiarity with virtualization and cloud platforms. Excellent troubleshooting and independent work in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 7+ years of experience as a Systems/IT Administrator in mixed-OS environments.
• Strong RHEL administration and Windows Server/AD knowledge.
• Proficient in scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with virtualization and configuration management tools.

• Automate repetitive tasks using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

• Experience with Ansible (strongly preferred) or other configuration management/automation tools

• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
