WLG in Mons, Belgium, is seeking a hands-on Linux Engineer to own the RHEL stack for NATO’s Cyber Security Centre. You will build, harden, and automate the infrastructure to run secure at scale.
You’ll work with Ansible and Python, VMware virtualization, and collaborate with cyber defense teams to ensure robust onsite operations.
Where: Fully on-site in Mons, Belgium (NCI Agency at SHAPE).
Would you like to join the leading international intergovernmental organisation?
NATO's Cyber Security Centre is one of the largest integrated cyber‑defence capabilities on earth, with 250+ analysts and engineers defending 100+ sites across all 32 member nations. Every one of those defences runs on Linux, and the Alliance is looking for a hands‑on Linux Engineer to keep that foundation rock‑solid.
This isn't a ticket‑closing seat. You'll own the RHEL servers and the complex infrastructure that the Centre's cyber services depend on, building them, hardening them, and automating them with Ansible and Python so they run clean and secure at scale. You'll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with the people who defend NATO in cyberspace.
If keeping the Alliance's cyber defences running sounds like your kind of challenge, we'd love to hear from you. Apply and we’ll be in touch quickly if it’s a fit.
