MORRIS & RITCHIE ASSOCIATES, INC. (MRA) is seeking a Survey Field Technician/Helper for our Newark, Delaware office. The role supports the Survey Crew Chief on boundary, topographic, and construction surveys, with physical tasks including carrying up to 50 pounds and outdoor work.

Ideal candidates understand construction plans and stakeout techniques, though these are not strictly required. The position offers opportunities to draft surveys, maps, and plats while advancing field-to-CADD

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• HS Diploma/GED
• Ability to carry up to 50 pounds
• Basic mathematical abilities
• Willingness and ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time.

Responsabilités

• Lead and guide survey efforts, providing solutions for complex tasks and supporting less experienced staff.
• Draft and prepare survey maps, as-built drawings, surface models, and lot grading plans.
• Research independently and ensure compliance with company CADD standard.
• Prepare boundary, subdivision, and easement plats.
• Process topographic and location surveys.
• Assist with cut sheets, grade sheets, and surface models.
• Organize and create survey exhibits.
• Prepare and deliver survey data for field crews.

MORRIS & RITCHIE ASSOCIATES, INC. (MRA) is currently seeking a Survey Field Technician / Helper for our Newark, Delaware office.
