CTRL-F NV in Belgium is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Planner to manage orders across internal sites, coordinate transport, and oversee the end-to-end journey from entry to delivery.

You will identify shortages early, balance costs and service, ensure that key raw materials arrive on time, and work flexibly with the team to maintain continuity. Fluency in Dutch, French and English is expected, and you will operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in logistiek georiënteerde richting.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Ability to handle pressure and work practically.

As a supply chain planner, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Initiating and managing orders between the various internal sites via an ERP system;
• Arranging and monitoring transport using a planning platform;
• Monitoring the entire journey of your orders, from entry to delivery;
• Identifying shortages in good time and responding in a solution-oriented manner, whilst balancing costs and service;
• Ensuring that specific raw materials reach the right place on time;
• Taking on a flexible role within the team to ensure continuity.

• Je hebt bachelor of een master in een logistiek georiënteerde richting of ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie;
• Je communiceert vlot in drie talen: Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
• Je kan goed omgaan met druk en houdt ervan om dingen praktisch aan te pakken;
• Je werkt graag samen, neemt initiatief en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je werk.
