FORUM JOBS HEUSDEN-ZOLDER is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and optimize our mousse and dessert production lines. You will supervise operators, coordinate daily activities, and ensure a smooth, safe and quality-driven shift.

You’ll collaborate with logistics and maintenance to secure efficient production flow, uphold HACCP standards, and drive continuous improvements. Training and evaluating new staff will be part of your responsibilities, fostering a positive team culture.

Als Supervisor Productie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlot, veilig en kwalitatief productieproces tijdens jouw shift. Je coördineert verschillende productielijnen binnen de afdeling mousses en desserts, stuurt je team aan en werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen om de productie maximaal efficiënt te laten verlopen.

Hoe zal je takenpakket eruit zien?

• Je stuurt operatoren en productiemedewerkers aan, begeleidt hen en motiveert hen om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
• Je coördineert en volgt de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten op over verschillende productielijnen.
• Je bewaakt de productieplanning en stuurt bij waar nodig om een optimale voortgang te garanderen.
• Je werkt nauw samen met logistiek en technische dienst om een efficiënte productieflow te verzekeren.
• Je ziet toe op de naleving van kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften (HACCP).
• Je controleert de kwaliteit van de producten en grijpt in wanneer afwijkingen worden vastgesteld.
• Je zorgt voor een correcte rapportering en een duidelijke overdracht tussen de verschillende shiften.
• Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers, verzorgt opleidingen en voert evaluatiegesprekken.
• Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen productie, organisatie en efficiëntie.
• Je draagt bij aan een positieve werksfeer en een sterke samenwerking binnen het team.
