The ideal candidate will support daily store operations and ensure a fantastic shopping experience for customers. This role includes various responsibilities, from maintaining an immaculate store appearance to providing exceptional customer service and supporting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred but not required.
• Passion and enthusiasm for the Suspicious Antwerp brand.
• Based in Belgium.
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and presentable personality.
• Willingness to work on weekends.

Responsabilités

• Represent the brand story as an ambassador.
• Ensure the store's appearance is immaculate.
• Assist in organizing in-store events.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Support the store team in achieving sales targets.
• Assist with managing store inventory.

Connaissances

Customer and service-oriented mindset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English

Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools

Team player with the ability to support and motivate colleagues
