Job summary

MR MARVIS is seeking a Style Advisor to help customers find their perfect (out)fit with a warm, personal approach. You’ll advise on products, sizing and styling while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere and strong product knowledge.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicative and customer-oriented, with a passion for fashion. The role is part-time (up to 14 hours/week) and focuses on delivering an exemplary in-store experience in Oost-Vlaanderen.

Qualifications

• Energetic, commercially minded and presentable.
• Excellent listener with a customer-focused approach.
• Confident in advising on products, quality and fit.
• Passionate about styling and fashion.
• Interest in MR MARVIS and retail service experience is a plus.
• Available up to 14 hours per week.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a strong first impression while introducing the brand and store concept.
• Advise customers on products, sizing, heritage and fit with confidence.
• Provide expert styling tips and tailor recommendations to individual needs.
• Enhance the shopping experience by going the extra mile (e.g., tailoring requests, refreshments).
• Keep the store looking its best inside and out.
