Mosa Ballet School in Liège seeks an education professional for weekend/night supervision and mediation. You will support pupils in growing, taking ownership of school life, and developing social and academic skills toward autonomy and responsibility.

Responsibilities include supervising dancers, enforcing discipline, and responding to health and safety. Flexibility for weekends is required; a permanent contract is offered in a historic, renovated environment.

Qualifications

• Availability for night, weekend and holiday work.
• Experience as an educator or youth worker for 3+ years.
• Positive approach to situations and mediation.
• Sense of caring, collaboration and initiative.
• Good observation and listening skills.
• Strong personal, affective and emotional balance.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and monitor the students and young dancers during weekends and nights.
• Ensure school life rules are respected and mediate when needed.
• Be present at night and weekends and animate daily activities.
• Manage emergencies per protocol and accompany to hospital if necessary.
• Raise alerts for incidents and coordinate with maintenance and management.
• Participate in the social programme Quand On Danse as needed.
