As a Structural Analyst & Engineer, you'll be part of a pioneering team designing and optimizing vessels and mission equipment for some of the most innovative marine projects in the world. You’ll play a vital role in newbuilds and conversions, ensuring our fleet of vessels remains reliable, efficient, and safe.

The Design & System Integration team operates both broadly and deeply — tackling multidisciplinary designs while diving into specialized technical topics. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, engage with external experts, ensuring seamless integration of systems and equipment used in our own fleet.

This is a hands-on, technical role where your expertise in structural design and analysis will directly impact the success of projects worldwide.

Responsibilities and Opportunities

We have various roles available, including:

• Category Buyer: Work on a tactical level in procurement of services and goods, managing a portfolio of categories, contracts, sourcings and suppliers.
• Project Manager Fleet Interventions: Responsible for the end-to-end execution of the scope of work for a vessel intervention period.
• Technical Works Manager: Optimize fleet intervention projects, ensuring schedules align with production priorities and are executed seamlessly.
• Reliability Engineer: Lead the proactive enhancement of our asset reliability, developing, implementing and overseeing maintenance strategies.
• Group Controller – Consolidation & Reporting: Contribute to quarterly financial closings, contributing to both statutory consolidation and management reporting.
• Party Chief: Responsible for all survey activities on board, leading the team of surveyors.
• Vessel Manager: Responsible for the overall management and operational performance of one or more Dredging or Offshore vessels.
