Proximus Global – Strategy Manager – Engage & Protect (Business Partner)

Location: Brussels. Contract: Permanent. Office 2–3 times a week.

Department: Strategy & Transformation. Reports to: Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and refinement of the Engage & Protect strategy, ensuring it is clear, actionable, and well understood across the organisation.
• Drive strategic insights and conduct high‑impact analyses to strengthen market positioning and unlock new value opportunities in the enterprise business.
• Lead transformation initiatives by partnering with business leaders to design and deliver large‑scale programs aligned with company priorities.
• Track impact and performance: define success metrics and monitor progress of strategic initiatives, with regular visibility at Executive Committee level.
• Engage and align stakeholders: build strong relationships across teams to secure alignment, foster collaboration, and drive momentum.
• Support change adoption: help teams navigate transformation by providing structure, clarity, and practical change management support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Strategy, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or consulting.
• Strong track record in cross‑functional and international environments.
• Proven ability to turn strategy into execution.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
