The Strategy Director will embed strategic thinking into every aspect of our creative work, developing and executing high-quality communication strategies that drive innovation and effectiveness.

You will lead a team of strategic planners, oversee research to uncover citizen insights, and act as the bridge between strategy and creative.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 12+ years in advertising/communication strategy.
• Proven ability to lead strategic planning with measurable outcomes.
• Experience across the marketing funnel and channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for a team of planners and ensure high-quality output.
• Lead research to generate data-driven citizen insights for plans.
• Bridge strategy with creative teams to embed strategic thinking in campaigns.
• Collaborate across internal and external teams to shape strategic vision.
• Develop KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness.
