In this critical role, you'll prepare headcount and salary projections, manage monitoring activities, and collaborate with finance teams. Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Prepare headcount and salary projections, coordinating with local planners.
• Review variances between actual results and forecasts and provide explanations.
• Manage monitoring and reporting activities, including maintaining vacancy tables.
