Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluent French and basic English.
• Structured and proactive with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage schedules for different employee groups based on operational requirements.
• Monitor daily workforce-related issues such as absences and attendance records.
• Review flight schedules and adapt workforce planning accordingly.
• Prepare and communicate employee schedules within the planning cycle.
• Plan staffing levels according to cargo volumes and workload.
• Coordinate workforce planning information with temporary employment agencies.
• Participate in projects to improve workforce planning and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and environmental guidelines.
