A & One Precision Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the Store Department in Gent/ Merelbeke. You will manage the warehouse team, ensure accurate stock records, and coordinate material flow to production to meet schedules.

Responsibilities include supervising daily warehouse and shipping activities, conducting regular stock counts, and updating work instructions. You will collaborate with production and internal customers to maintain efficiency and stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics / warehousing, with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on Excel skills required to manage inventories and reports.
• Ability to collaborate with production and internal customers.

Responsabilités

• Execute directives for the Store Department to meet management objectives.
• Manage the warehouse department and supervise personnel for proper store control.
• Monitor material flow to production and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Lead stock counting and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Review store procedures for efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Supervise daily warehouse and shipping activities.
• Develop and maintain departmental work instructions.
• Adjust procedures to meet warehouse demand per production schedules.
• Co-operate with the supervisors to co-ordinate activities of individual department and serving internal customer.
