INEOS is seeking a Technical Procurement Specialist for our Geel procurement service team. You will drive sourcing strategies, lead RFx processes, negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance for technical goods and services across Belgian sites.

The role emphasizes CAPEX/REVEX involvement, HSSE compliance, and value-driven sourcing to improve costs and reliability. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with SAP/MM and MS Office proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Certifications (CIPS, CPSM) are an advantage.
• 4+ years in procurement in industrial or petrochemical settings.

Responsabilités

• Lead RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and tendering for engineering, maintenance, CAPEX and REVEX scopes.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms to secure best-value outcomes.
• Procure to Pay (P2P) alignment with project/schedule and SAP systems.
• Monitor supplier performance, KPIs and cost savings.
• Ensure HSSE compliance and risk assessments across suppliers.
