Key duties include recruiting and developing managers, coaching staff, coordinating merchandising and store health and safety, and building community relationships local to Antwerp.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience in fast-paced fashion retail.
• Ability to drive store profitability and loss prevention.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
