Job summary

Orange Cyberdefense in Belgium is seeking a medior to senior IT Security Architect to shape resilient, business-aligned security architectures for diverse customers. You will own the bigger picture, engage executive stakeholders, and translate security requirements into concrete architectural decisions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Experience as Security Architect or Enterprise Architect with security focus.
• Experience translating security requirements into architectural decisions and actionable plans.
• Ability to lead workshops and build alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative selling and discovery workshops with customers.
• Understand customer IT/OT landscape and develop a secure digital journey.
• Advise on Zero Trust strategy and architecture across identity, segmentation and continuous verification.
• Develop, respond to, and support proposals, SOWs and RFx with Orange Cyberdefense value proposition.
• Lead security architecture initiatives in complex environments and develop target architectures.
• Perform current-state assessments, gap analyses, and transformation roadmaps.
• Design security architectures for hybrid, on-prem, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) environments.
• Ensure security solutions align with business objectives, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and prepare decision material for technical and business stakeholders.
• Act as strategic advisor to CISOs and IT leadership; contribute to offerings and methodologies.
