Caterpillar Zeebrugge is seeking a dynamic Production Planner to drive capacity planning for machine processing at our Zeebrugge facility. You will analyze data, visualize insights, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely preparation and shipment of machines to customers.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Excel, SAP, and Power BI, and fluency in English and Dutch. The position is onsite five days a week in Zeebrugge, Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute an efficient capacity plan for machine processing.
• Conduct data analysis and visualization to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with Order Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Transport teams.
• Prioritize and plan operations to optimize performance and minimize delays.
• Manage 3PL performance, communication, and issue resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
