Caterpillar Inc. in Zeebrugge hosts a graduate Production Planner role in our Equipment Processing Center. You will develop capacity plans, analyze data, and collaborate across Order Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Transport to ensure timely processing and shipment of machines to customers.

The program emphasizes analytical skills, ERP/CRM familiarity (SAP, PowerBI), and strong English/Dutch communication for cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

Ability to manage and analyse large datasets.
Independent, structured, and collaborative team player.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Resilient, adaptable, and hard-working.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Interested in ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, PowerBI).
Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and verbal).

Responsabilités

Develop and execute an efficient capacity plan for machine processing.
Conduct data analysis and visualization to inform decision-making.
Collaborate closely with service providers and internal teams including Order Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Transport.
Prioritize and plan operations to optimize performance and minimize delays.
Manage 3PL performance, communication, and issue resolution.
Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements.
