Job summary

SkeyDrone NV seeks a Freelance Product Manager to steer product vision, strategy and execution for our UTM and detection lines. You’ll own roadmaps, develop feature sets, and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver world‑class drone management solutions.

Hybrid work with two days per week at our Steenokkerzeel office; you’ll collaborate with engineering, sales, and partners to drive growth and product excellence, while prioritizing user‑centered design and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as Product Manager / Agile Product Owner.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methods.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills (EN + NL/FR).
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and lead with influence.
• Continuous learner; knowledge of aviation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to release.
• Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to inform decisions.
• Create detailed product plans with feature sets and user stories.
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Champion a user-centric approach with design teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales and partners.
• Define and monitor KPIs and adjust strategy as needed.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive iteration.
• Plan and execute product launches with marketing and sales enablement.
• Monitor cost structure and profitability and assist pricing decisions.
• Provide pre-sales support with demos and technical questions.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
