Kebony Antwerp seeks a Purchasing Specialist to own end-to-end PO execution, manage supplier relationships, and ensure EUDR compliance for our Antwerp factory.

You will support master data and production planning, coordinate with departments, and monitor spend while seeking cost-saving opportunities. Fluent English is required, Dutch a plus; international environment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience in an international environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Identify purchasing needs and coordinate specifications with department heads.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with vendors.
• Issue purchase orders and track progress through delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to avoid shortages.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with finance on invoice matching and payments.
