A leading staffing and solutions provider in Leuven is seeking a Marketing & Communications Business Partner. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring alignment of marketing strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in marketing and is adept at monitoring campaign performance as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams. The company offers a hybrid work model including three days in the office and two days working from home.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a marketing role with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in campaign execution with training experience.
• Experience in staffing or professional services industry is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
• Lead deployment of marketing campaigns across business units.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize initiatives based on feedback.
