Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in a B2B environment.
• Experience in Hospitality.
• Excellent spoken and written Dutch and French.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding for new and existing customers.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate on white-glove service for accounts.
• Coordinate implementation plans and activities.
• Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction.
• Scope and recommend aligned technical solutions.
• Support escalated tickets with Lightspeed Support.
• Manage documentation for product orientations.
• Conduct on-site training and hardware installations.
• Act as a product expert for internal teams.
• Stay current with evolving technologies.
