P.A.R.T.S. in Brussels seeks a seasoned Business Manager (m/f/x) for a full-time, permanent role. You will lead the financial, HR and organisational operations and work closely with the general director to shape strategic policy for this internationally oriented arts education institution.

You will manage budgets, reporting, fundraising, subsidies and European dossiers, while ensuring a healthy organisational culture and sustainable growth at P.A.R.T.S. on the Van Volxem site.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business, financial and/or organisational leadership.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis abilities.
• Experience with HR policy and organisational development.

Responsabilités

• Develop a sustainable financial policy and multi-year budget, with scenarios for the board.
• Coordinate year-end closing, annual accounts, and financial reporting to the Board and GA.
• Lead HR policy, staff planning and remuneration frameworks.
• Coordinate subsidies, fundraising and European dossiers and ensure timely reporting.
• Oversee day-to-day financial-administrative operations and external accounting relations.
• Align strategy with day-to-day operations in a small international arts education context.
