TVH is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define the architecture strategy and target state that guides business-IT alignment across the enterprise. You will establish principles, guardrails, and governance to ensure our architecture evolves coherently with the company’s strategy and capability model.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in IT, engineering or business informatics.
• 10+ years of enterprise IT experience, with cross-domain scope.
• Proven capability in defining and governing enterprise architecture using TOGAF.
• Experience chairing senior architecture governance boards (EAB/SAB).
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Demonstrated people management, coaching and development of senior architects.
• Experience with LeanIX, Confluence, and Jira.
• Fluent English; Dutch knowledge is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Define, maintain, and communicate TVH’s Enterprise Architecture Strategy and Target Architecture.
• Establish and evolve architecture principles and guardrails across business, data, and technology layers.
• Act as trusted advisor to IT and business stakeholders with explicit cost, risk, and dependency assessments.
• Own the multi-year Enterprise Architecture Roadmap and its alignment to business outcomes.
• Chair the Enterprise Architecture Board (EAB) and participate in Solution Architecture Board (SAB).
• Lead and coach Domain Architects and governance bodies to maturity.
