Xintas is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to drive governance, reference architectures, and a federated operating model across the Digital Platform. You will translate guardrails into actionable guidance for local delivery and support strategic IT studies with senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in ARB facilitation, ITIL/TOGAF/ArchiMate, and cloud-native patterns. Strong collaboration across Business, IT, and architecture teams is essential, including

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in an Enterprise Architecture role.
• Proven experience facilitating ARB sessions and producing decision packs with traceability.
• Strong autonomy and initiative with effective stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Solid understanding of IT processes and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF, ArchiMate).

Responsabilités

• Lead the governance framework, including principles, standards, policies, reference architectures, and golden scenarios.
• Contribute to federated target operating model and ensure DP alignment by translating guardrails into guidance for local delivery.
• Support Head of IT Architecture in strategic studies and decision-making discussions.
• Coach and guide other architecture roles across the organization.
• Communicate application strategy and processes to business and IT stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze business gaps using surveys to assess the IT landscape with business architecture.
• Perform cross-domain analyses (ATAM, CBAM) to deliver architectural recommendations and maintain the architecture portfolio.
• Maintain ADR repository and enterprise architecture repository as a single source of truth.
• Validate architectural recommendations with senior management and develop an enterprise-wide IT roadmap.
