Job summary

DEME is seeking a Domain Architect / Senior Business Analyst to shape and drive improvements across a business domain, aligning needs, processes and solutions. You will work with business stakeholders, Digital Office colleagues and external partners to translate complex challenges into pragmatic solutions and guide strategic initiatives from idea to implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience bridging business needs, processes and technology.
• Ability to translate complex challenges into structured, pragmatic solutions.
• Experience across HR, Finance, Procurement, Fleet or Asset domains is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a clear and pragmatic roadmap for your business domain.
• Translate business challenges, functional and non-functional requirements into fit-for-purpose solution directions.
• Help shape and guide strategic initiatives from scoping through implementation and validation.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with business stakeholders, project teams and external partners.
• Ensure applications, processes and initiatives remain aligned with the broader enterprise architecture and business objectives.
• Identify and manage dependencies across projects and initiatives within the domain.
• Work closely with business leaders, digital business partners, business analysts, enterprise architects and vendors.
• Challenge assumptions and proposed solutions when needed and help stakeholders make informed decisions.
• Translate complex topics into clear recommendations and actionable next steps.
• Contribute to the further development of existing applications and support the implementation of new solutions within the domain.
