Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a similar role.
• Experience working in complex organizations or enterprise environments.
• Exposure to technology-enabled transformation projects.
• Comfort working with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Build a solid understanding of the client’s strategy and operations.
• Capture and document strategic goals, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Work with the client to define how success will be measured.
• Support translating business analysis into functional designs and user stories.
• Participate in sprint reviews to validate that solutions meet business needs.
