Randstad Digital Belgium is seeking a senior professional to proactively gather questions, issues, and opportunities, analyze requirements, and contribute to value propositions and decision-making. You will shape roadmaps with functional expertise and assess feasibility with business and technology partners.

You will design conceptual solutions for transformation projects and serve as a bridge between business and technology domains, challenging requirements and monitoring business value across

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience in process modeling, management, and documentation, with affinity for IT and/or network domains.
• Knowledge of AWS, SQL, data modeling concepts, and UX experience are assets.

Responsabilités

• Proactively gather questions, issues, and opportunities; analyze requirements and impact on processes, systems, and tools.
• Develop and/or adjust the roadmap based on functional expertise and evaluate feasibility with business and technology partners.
• Perform conceptual design of business initiatives and analyze innovative solutions for transformation projects.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology domains, challenge requirements, and monitor business value.
