Projective Group in Brussels is seeking an AI Strategy & Use Case Lead to translate AI potential into measurable business outcomes for financial institutions, shaping AI adoption in highly regulated environments.

You will identify high-value use cases, build business cases, define success metrics, and guide cross-functional teams while tracking AI trends and regulatory developments for clients such as ING and Belfius.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of professional experience in AI-led transformation within financial services.
• Experience in the financial services sector (banking, insurance, or financial market infrastructure).
• Excellent English communication skills and fluency in Dutch or French.
• Business and strategic analysis skills, including value modelling and prioritisation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of AI and ML concepts (e.g. supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision, generative models).
• Understanding of data governance, security, and privacy in the context of AI.
• Comfortable discussing architecture and technical documentation with engineers, without being a hands-on developer.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills (workshops, coaching sessions, presentations).
• Customer-oriented and outcome-inspired attitude.

Responsabilités

• Develop AI strategy and roadmaps aligned with client goals and operating models.
• Identify, assess, and prioritise AI and GenAI use cases with business and tech teams.
• Build business cases with value hypotheses, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
• Define success metrics and oversee measurement and continuous improvement.
• Ensure responsible and ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and regulatory compliance.
• Stay ahead of AI trends, vendors, and regulatory developments and translate into client implications.
