• Customer Connection: empower the team to drive sales through personalized service and styling recommendations.
• Utilize in Store Technology: ensure a seamless omni-channel shopping experience with store systems.
• Lead by example: manage store environment, drive sales, and maintain positive team dynamics.
• Mentorship: guide and develop Stylist team and support career progression.
• Store Operations: participate in opening/closing procedures and execution of daily tasks.
• Product Flow: collaborate on shipments, restocking and placement while maintaining visual standards.
• Communication: share information in meetings and with brand initiatives.
