Responsibilities include assisting with daily operations, merchandising, and supporting peers to ensure a strong in-store experience. You will contribute to teamwork and maintain brand standards throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Awareness of Urban Outfitters brand and local market.
• Strong communication skills with customers.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging the customer through conversation and service.
• Contribute to the store's VIBE by focusing on customers during peak hours.
• Assist in daily operations, including tills, shipments, and stock management.
• Support merchandising and display projects to keep floor well stocked and presentable.
• Collaborate with peers and participate in daily/department meetings.
