Set & Match is recruiting Store Managers for the Flemish region (Ghent, Antwerp, Kortrijk). You will lead a store, drive commercial performance and coach a team of 6–12, including Assistant Store Managers, to deliver excellent customer experiences.

You should have proven Store Manager experience, strong people management skills and a results-oriented mindset to achieve ambitious objectives in a busy retail environment.

Formación

• Proven experience as Store Manager in a high-volume retail setting.
• Strong leadership with focus on performance and development.
• Excellent understanding of KPIs, budgets and store operations.

Responsabilidades

• Drive commercial performance by monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans.
• Lead, motivate and develop your team with coaching and feedback.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain brand standards.
• Oversee stock, deliveries, cash handling, inventories and backroom operations.
• Manage store organization, schedules and HR follow-up.
• Monitor store performance and budget in collaboration with Area Manager.
