Topologie is seeking a Store Manager in Antwerp to lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer service, and bring the brand's co-creation concept to life for every guest. You will own store performance, coach staff, and partner with EU leadership to execute local strategies and events.

The role requires 4+ years in premium retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of store management experience in premium or lifestyle retail.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team while driving sales and customer service.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate KPIs into action plans.
• Fluent Dutch and English; French or additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités
