Seris is seeking a security officer to monitor people and infrastructure on a military base. You will apply procedures, demonstrate vigilance, and address security risks in a hands-on, field environment.

The role can include dog handling with a shepherd dog to safeguard military sites, buildings, and personnel. You will thrive in teamwork and engagement on site.

Qualifications

• General competence certificate in security guarding is required.
• NF NATO clearance and firearms authorization are required.
• Fluent in French with good knowledge of English; IT skills beneficial.

Your Role

As a security officer, you are responsible for monitoring people and infrastructure on a military base. You demonstrate vigilance, strictly apply procedures, and anticipate security risks.

This role can also be performed as a dog handler, where you form a true team with your loyal shepherd dog to ensure the overall safety of military sites, buildings, and personnel.

This position is suited for individuals who enjoy human interaction, value teamwork, and are not afraid to be fully engaged in hands-on, fieldwork activities

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for access control and freight traffic on the military base;
• You carry out security patrols across the entire site;
• You serve as the point of contact for contractors and military personnel;
• You work as part of a team in a professional and demanding environment.

What We Expect from You

• You hold a general competence certificate in security guarding;
• You possess a valid NATO clearance and firearms authorization, with regular shooting practice;
• You are proficient in French and have a good knowledge of English;
• You have good IT skills;
• You are flexible and open to variable working hours.
