Seris Belgium is seeking a security officer to monitor access and infrastructure on a military base. You will uphold procedures, remain vigilant, and work as part of a professional security team.

The role requires NATO clearance, firearms authorization, fluency in French and good English, and flexibility for 12-hour shifts. A full-time permanent contract and opportunities for training and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Hold a general competence certificate in security guarding.
• Possess a valid NATO clearance and firearms authorization, with regular shooting practice.
• Proficient in French and have a good knowledge of English.
• Good IT skills.
• Flexible and open to variable working hours.

Responsabilités

• You are responsible for access control and freight traffic on the military base;
• You carry out security patrols across the entire site;
• You serve as the point of contact for contractors and military personnel;
• You work as part of a team in a professional and demanding environment.
